Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 or 16 oz can of pumpkin puree
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour baking pans, set aside.
  3. Mix dry ingredients, set aside
  4. Mix wet ingredients, set aside
  5. Combine all ingredients and fill each loaf pan halfway
  6. Bake for 60 – 75 minutes

Watch closely so it doesn’t get too brown. Use a tester and it’s done when it comes out clean.
