Ingredients

- 15 or 16 oz can of pumpkin puree
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3 ½ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease and flour baking pans, set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients, set aside
- Mix wet ingredients, set aside
- Combine all ingredients and fill each loaf pan halfway
- Bake for 60 – 75 minutes
Watch closely so it doesn’t get too brown. Use a tester and it’s done when it comes out clean.
